Spring 2012. My Dad has just bought me a Junior Easykart! I am mad with excitement. The only karts I have driven/raced before are 4-stroke arrive and drive karts. At the start of 2011 I joined a small Karting club called ‘Junior Karting’, they helped me learn how to overtake well, defend my position and stay on the track whilst at the limits of the kart. If it wasn’t for Dan, Rob and Adi at Junior Karting I wouldn’t be here now about to start racing in a national kart championship!
Previously at Junior Karting I was racing in the championship which is very competitive however nowhere near s many people as at Easykart. I was a rookie and managed a 1st and a 2nd which was very good. I won the Rookie Championship, I won a high-speed trip around Rockingham in ‘a race car’ as they called it with a professional driver/racer going at full pelt, foot to the floor, I’ll let you know how it goes. Not only that but I also won Most Improved Driver (in the 1st round I lost every heat and the B final L) and Driver’s Driver
